I just learned, thanks to a comment in one of the posts, that there’s an exploit for Droid 3, Bionic, RAZR and Droid 4. It’s called Motofail Drop this file into the Exploits folder in SuperOneClick. After that, change the selected exploit from Auto to motofail motofail Source

Motorola support added!
Just rooted a Motorola Droid2 Global with SuperOneClick! I also cleaned up some code around. You won’t need to tick alternate ADB method for LG users anymore and the Unroot has been made more robust.
Motorola Support
I'll be implementing support for Motorola devices similar to how I've done for LG devices. There is an ADB patch that will root the Droid3, Droid X, Droid X2, Droid Cliq, Droid Cliq 2, Droid 2, and Droid Bionic.
LG Users
As a tip for LG users, make sure you select Use alternate ADB Parser under the advanced tab.
